Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a Senior Test Lead in Texas to drive automation strategy and delivery. The role requires hands-on expertise in ATDD, WebDriverIO, Selenium, and TypeScript, with leadership of onshore and offshore teams, and interaction with a US-based capital markets client.

You will guide test design, framework development, and integration with test management, CI, and related tools to ensure scalable, high-quality test outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA for distributed highly scalable systems.
• Experience with modern agile practices such as BDD/Cucumber.
• Strong programming skills in WebDriverIO and TypeScript.
• ATDD implementation experience for web applications using Selenium/TypeScript or WebDriverIO.
• Hands-on with Ruby/Selenium/WebDriverIO for GUI automation.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with test automation tool selection & test approaches.
• Experience in designing automation frameworks and Page Object Model.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore QA teams in ATDD and automation framework design.
• Guide teams in automation design, scripting and integration into test management systems.
• Perform hands-on automation development and contribute to client-facing F2F interactions.
• Collaborate with DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling to enable automated testing.
