Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an Automation Lead with strong Ruby/Selenium experience to guide onshore and offshore teams in ATDD and automation framework design. The candidate should have 5–8 years of QA and automation experience, familiarity with modern agile practices, and expertise in WebDriverIO, TypeScript, Selenium, and Cucumber/Behave.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA for distributed highly scalable systems.
• Proficient in BDD/Cucumber and Gherkin-based test design.
• Strong programming skills in WebDriverIO and TypeScript; ATDD for web apps.

Responsibilities

• Guide onshore (USA) and offshore teams on ATDD processes and technical implementation.
• Design and enhance the automation framework; develop test scripts and reusable components.
• Lead customer-facing interactions and ensure high quality deliverables for a US capital markets client.
• Integrate test suites into test management and CI pipelines; maintain code quality.
• Stay current on tooling trends and advocate best practices in automation.
