Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automation and manufacturing technology platforms. You will bridge IT and Engineering, translating operational needs into reliable, scalable solutions while owning LMS and the E80 AGV interface.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial networks, PLC/HMI/SCADA, and OT security. Travel is significant (30–50%), you will collaborate with vendors, support commissioning, and drive uptime across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or IT field.
• 5–7+ years in industrial systems engineering or IT/OT integration.
• Hands-on industrial networking experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with LMS, WMS, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AGV fleet management and E80 experience preferred.
• Strong OT network architecture and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Excellent communication across Engineering, IT, Operations, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own LMS administration, config, and training.
• Manage E80 AGV interface and fleet management.
• Translate engineering needs into IT/OT specs.
• Lead industrial network deployments across OEMs.
• Vendor management and contract monitoring.
• Develop system docs and runbooks.
• Support capital project design and startup.
• Monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to plant engineering and maintenance.
