Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Automation Integration Tester to drive confidence in complex enterprise systems through automated test strategies across UI, API, and integrations.

You will design and maintain scalable frameworks, translate manual tests into automated suites, and ensure end-to-end coverage in multi-system environments. The role requires strong Java expertise, Selenium WebDriver experience, and a track record of integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA automation experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong programming skills in Java (required).
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
• Experience automating REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with JUnit/TestNG.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Experience testing multi-system integrations and enterprise applications.
• Experience testing Salesforce CRM integrations (preferred).
• Knowledge of financial or insurance systems (preferred).
• ISTQB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web (UI), API, and integration testing using Selenium (Java).
• Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks and reusable utilities.
• Convert manual test cases into automated regression suites for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across integrated systems and interfaces.
• Test REST and SOAP APIs and verify backend processing and system integrations.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and support scheduled and on-demand test executions.
• Analyze requirements to create comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and regression coverage strategies.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and release testing.
• Refactor automation code to improve reliability and reduce flaky tests.
• Monitor test results, troubleshoot failures, and report quality metrics.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Support Salesforce CRM and integrated system validation where applicable.
• Train team members on requirements-based test case design and automation best practices.

Job Title: Automation Integration Tester (QA Automation Engineer/SDET)

Position:

The Automation Integration Tester will be responsible for driving Association confidence in its systems through well-designed and thoroughly executed test strategies. This role supports integration and user acceptance testing for Navy Mutual’s applications with complex interactions, varied release schedules, and critical business dependencies. In addition, this role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scalable regression suites that support continuous integration and high-quality enterprise releases.

Job Brief:

The Automation Integration Tester will play a critical role in validating that all of Navy Mutual’s software components, subsystems and applications work together as an efficient system to achieve the desired results and bring highest level of performance for our employees and or members. This includes validating UI, API, backend integrations, data transformations, and end-to-end workflows across multi-system enterprise environments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
