MPBAS seeks an Automation Foreman to inspect, test, and repair automation devices and systems across multiple projects. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform preventative maintenance, and manage crews while coaching technicians on site.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in engineering and 8+ years of automation experience with a strong background in HVAC controls and customer interactions at supervisory levels.

The Automation Foreman will inspect, test, adjust and repair new or existing electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic automation devices, and systems. It will also diagnose the cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance. Automation Foreman runs and manages multiple jobs and crews will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring other automation technicians.

Compensation: $61.40 Per Hour. The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
