EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks an Automation Foreman to inspect, test, adjust, and repair automation devices and systems. You will diagnose failures, perform maintenance, and lead multiple jobs and crews while coaching other technicians.
You will interface with customers at supervisory levels, ensure project schedules, and support engineering and programming tasks as needed.
The Automation Foreman will inspect, test, adjust and repair new or existing electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic automation devices, and systems. It will also diagnose the cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance. Automation Foreman runs and manages multiple jobs and crews and will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring other automation technicians.

Compensation: $61.40 Per Hour. The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
