Job summary

The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of software quality, partnering closely with engineering and product teams. They will be responsible for establishing best practices in quality engineering within a Microsoft-centric setup, with an emphasis on Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA, automation, or SDET roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in Scrum-based Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a portfolio-wide Quality Engineering strategy.
• Lead quality engineering within a Microsoft-centric ecosystem.
• Embed QA into Scrum teams, ensuring quality ownership throughout the sprint lifecycle.
