Qualifications

5–8 years of hands-on robotics integration and automated cell debugging.
5+ years of PLC logic troubleshooting in active machines.
Ability to read multi-page electrical, mechanical, and fluid power schematics.
Willingness to travel 50%–80% (domestic, occasional international).
Residence within commuting distance to Greater Milwaukee, WI area.

Responsibilities

Lead internal system commissioning, debugging, and equipment readiness.
Validate robotic work cells, hardware setups, I/O mapping, and protocols.
Perform deep electro-mechanical diagnostics across PLCs, pneumatics, and safety systems.
Lead field deployments, provide client training, and runoffs.
Coordinate with engineering, project management, and assembly teams.
Maintain records of test hours and progress reports for leadership.
