Job summary
Sirius Staffing is seeking a Maintenance & Automation Analyst to support equipment reliability across manufacturing operations in Whitsett, NC. This role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, downtime reduction, and continuous improvement.
You will work with PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, AGVs, conveyors, and related automation systems, and communicate issues and corrective actions clearly to Engineering, Production, and Management.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing engineering, controls, automation, or related technical experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment.
- Experience performing and/or developing preventive maintenance activities.
- Experience troubleshooting production downtime in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience working with industrial automation equipment.
