Job summary

MilliporeSigma seeks an experienced Automated Equipment Specialist II to maintain and optimize automated production equipment. You'll work on robotics, conveyors, and automated assembly lines, applying electrical, mechanical, and control knowledge to prevent failures and improve uptime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automated manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily preventive and breakdown maintenance of automated production equipment (mechanical, pneumatic, electrical).
• Maintain integration of automated equipment with data networks, control systems, and software interfaces.
• Use predictive maintenance and sensor data to drive proactive maintenance and prevent failures.
• Diagnose and repair automated equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and support production schedules.
