The Automation Engineering Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of automation equipment within our manufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing automated systems, as well as providing leadership and technical support to the team. The Automation Engineering Technician is responsible for upholding safety standards, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Extensive travel to the corporate office in California will be required in the first few months for training purposes

This position is based in Rocky Mount, VA and is onsite Monday through Friday supporting a three-shift operation.
