Qualifications

• Completed a Summer 2026 Walmart/Sam’s Club internship.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen principles.
• Knowledge of CAD drawings, control systems, electrical design, wiring schematics.
• Master’s in Computer Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to develop insights and influence strategic work.
• Identify, implement, and drive technology changes within scope of work.
• Design and analyze business processes, workflows, and associated business logic.
• Support business cases, recommendations, process updates, and assigned project activities.
• Assess tasks for automation potential and analyze alternative automation solutions.
• Analyze space and cost requirements for automation machinery.
• Identify and resolve issues related to automation machinery.
• Measure and manage project performance with cross-functional teams.
• Document implementation plans, estimates, meetings, status reports, and next steps.
• Participate in developing technology interfaces, bridges, integration plans, and migration plans.
• Prepare integration tests and compare results with established criteria.
• Plan and estimate simple projects under guidance.
• Produce project status reports and assist with detailed project plans.
• Track project progress using Gantt, PERT, or equivalent charts.
• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
• Apply continuous improvement principles to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Update CAD drawings and troubleshoot control systems.
• Analyze data and compute descriptive statistics to identify trends, outliers, and correlations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to accomplish business goals.
• Develop talent through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and developmental opportunities.
