Job summary

EQVAL Group, Inc. is seeking Automation Engineers to support validation and implementation activities for automated equipment.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to drive automated processes from development to validation. Responsibilities include validating equipment, preparing URS, FAT, IQ, debugging automation systems, and programming support.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering required.
Experience in regulated pharma/biotech/medical devices.
Experience with automated manufacturing systems and equipment.
Experience with automation/controls, tooling, fixtures, test method development.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Perform validation activities for automated equipment and systems across lifecycle.
Develop and execute validation documentation (URS, FAT, IQ).
Support validation of complex automation equipment ensuring regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot automation systems and provide timely resolutions.
Support programming and troubleshooting for automated equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation.
Assist in transitioning manual processes to automated solutions and validate them.
