Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Automations Engineer to build the automation layer for our influencer and creator marketing program at scale. You will design, build, and maintain workflows and integrations that let a lean team manage thousands of creators with minimal manual work.

The ideal candidate blends no-code/low-code automation (Zapier, Make, n8n) with custom Python/JavaScript, values reliability and clean data, and collaborates across influencer marketing, finance, legal, and data/BI to ship

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience building automations with no‑code/low‑code platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for API work.
• Experience identifying and integrating APIs across systems.
• SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Systems thinking with emphasis on reliability and data integrity.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams.
• Awareness of secrets management and basic security practices.

Responsibilities

• Build automations for influencer discovery and CRM data sync.
• Automate onboarding, contract generation, and payouts workflows.
• Create content reminders and tracking via APIs and webhooks.
• Aggregate data from social platforms into a central dashboard.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports without manual entry.
• Monitor reliability, implement error handling, and audit trails.
• Troubleshoot data (SQL) and document workflows for scale.
