Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation engineering or similar roles.
• Experience with modern testing tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to document systems clearly for onboarding and knowledge transfer.
• Comfort working in a team with distributed colleagues and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure for NC engineering teams.
• Document the LoadRunner system to speed up onboarding.
• Develop the remote-friendly TestComplete feature to win NC accounts.
• Set and enforce Smoke Testing coding standards across the team.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and LoadRunner libraries.
• Pair-program edge-case tests with Greensboro engineers to ensure quality.
