• Ship incremental improvements to Newmark's Memphis platform on a regular cadence
• Replace the brittle Team Leadership hack with a Postman solution that survives Memphis scale
• Harden Newmark's Postman auth so the TN audit comes back clean
• Build the Jenkins tooling that makes every other Memphis engineer faster
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs powering core Newmark products
• Build Karate dashboards so Newmark's technology team stops asking engineers for numbers
