The role collaborates with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to optimize processes using automation technologies, controls systems, and Industry 4.0 approaches, while driving continuous improvement and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience with PLC programming on major platforms.
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Lead automation projects from concept to startup.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and networks.
• Develop documentation and ensure safety and compliance.
• Analyze data and drive process improvements with Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel.
