FNA Group in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive automation and continuous improvement on the factory floor. You will work with automated conveyors, PLC networks, and SCADA systems to optimize production, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Background in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering focusing on automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation for conveyor systems, HMIs, and factory networks; work with Beckhoff PLCs and Ignition/SCADA environments.
• Analyze manufacturing data to optimize production, reduce waste, and improve safety and quality.
• Lead by example, collaborate with the engineering team to address complex problems and uphold OSHA compliance.
