Job summary

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer (Mechanical) to support design, development, and implementation of automation solutions in a high-volume production environment. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in process optimization and equipment integration.

This role involves collaborating with teams on New Product Introductions and improving manufacturing efficiency. The compensation ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, including full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or NPI environments.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and automation principles.
• Experience creating mechanical drawings, GD&T, and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with efficient manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development.
