Job summary
Eagle Systems in the United States is seeking an Automation Engineer – Mechanical & Electrical to join the Assembly Group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to building, programming and on-site servicing of the Eagle product line.
This role reports to the Assembly Group Manager and collaborates with the President/CEO. A background in PLCs, VFDs, and servo motors, plus ability to read schematics, is required; travel domestically and
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience with PLCs and VFDs.
- Understanding of electrical components and signals (analog vs digital).
- Experience with servo motors, gearmotors, and drivers.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong collaboration with Engineering Group to improve design and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build, program, and on-site servicing of Eagle product line machines.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Collaborate with Assembly Group to improve design and efficiency.
