Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering; or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robots and welding processes (MIG/GMAW/FCAW).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve manufacturing processes with focus on robotic welding and automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize industrial robots (ABB preferred); other brands considered.
• Assist with robot programming, recovery, and production support.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase quality, throughput, productivity, and efficiency.
• Support new equipment installations, production launches, and process validation.
• Work with Production, Maintenance, Tooling, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, throughput, and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and process standards.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality and safety requirements.
