Biogen seeks an Automation Engineer II or III to support manufacturing operations at its RTP biotech site. The role involves configuring and maintaining DeltaV DCS and Syncade MES systems, authoring recipes, executing validation activities, and troubleshooting production issues in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities include configuring software for process improvements, authoring and reviewing documentation, executing software tests, supporting validation, and leading small to medium engineering

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years GMP manufacturing experience for Engineer II or 2+ years MES/DCS experience for Engineer III.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• System validation, change control, and troubleshooting experience (Engineer III).
• Experience with DeltaV DCS and/or Syncade MES platforms.
• Understanding of GAMP 5 principles and regulated compliance (Engineer III preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain DeltaV DCS and Syncade MES software for process improvements and equipment implementations.
• Author, review, and approve MES and DCS documentation including validation deliverables.
• Create and execute software testing scripts and support validation activities.
• Execute change controls and troubleshoot system issues during testing and manufacturing operations.
• Identify optimization opportunities and lead small to medium engineering projects.
