• Develops high-quality, cost-appropriate manufacturing solutions that satisfy customer requirements and mentors others on the team.
• Uses appropriate tools and equipment to perform work including creation, analysis, and verification.
• Demonstrates expertise across multiple phases of the Plexus manufacturing process and product requirements.
• Capable of working independently within at least one phase of the process without direction.
• Produces comprehensive project documentation per quality and change management procedures.
