You will identify, develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions across Plexus value stream to improve quality, efficiency, and velocity in Plexus manufacturing operations. The role requires collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams, strong analytical skills, and experience with lab tools and measurement equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills; familiarity with SPC software.
• Proactive and able to work in a cross-discipline team environment.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand Structured Design and develop good working relationships with team members and customers.
