Job summary

ARCHER is seeking a dedicated Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure, high-quality automation frameworks for complex applications. You will shape test architecture, data, and automation strategies while collaborating with technology teams on BDD implementation and responsible use of AI development tools.

The role requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least two years of hands-on experience, with Java, SQL, Selenium or Cucumber,

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• At least 2 years of applied test automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with Java, SQL, and test data management.
• Experience with Selenium or Cucumber and BDD/TDD.

Job description

Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-quality test automation solutions and frameworks, including test architecture, test data, and automation for complex applications. Collaborate with technology teams on BDD implementation, use authorized AI development tools responsibly, and identify quality or system issues to improve software delivery.

Requirements

Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 2 years of applied experience, along with hands-on experience using and validating enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools. Candidates must have test automation expertise, Java knowledge, SQL and test data management proficiency, practical experience with an automation tool such as Selenium or Cucumber, BDD/TDD expertise, SDLC experience, and Oracle HCM testing or configuration experience.
