Zohorecruit in New York, NY seeks an Automation Engineer/Business Analyst to analyze state systems, document requirements, and support modernization efforts for eligibility, enrollment and case management. You will elicit needs from agency staff and executives, develop BPMN/process diagrams, use cases, and UI specs, and collaborate with state employees and vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Competenze

• 3–7 years of Automation Engineer experience.
• 3–7 years of state-government business analysis experience in the human services domain (EECM).
• Experience with eliciting, analyzing, and managing requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Proficiency in creating BA artifacts: flows, user stories, data dictionaries, wireframes, specs for a modernized eligibility system.
• 3–7 years of experience on an Integrated Eligibility System modernization program in health and human services.

• Analyze existing state systems and document business requirements.
• Extract and validate business rules from legacy systems with 100% coverage.
• Identify rules to retain or retire with agency partners.
• Document current-state and future-state system requirements.
• Develop business analysis deliverables: process flows, context diagrams, use cases, traceability matrices, UI specs, mockups.
• Elicit requirements from agency staff, end users, and executives.
• Perform peer reviews and support internal QA.
• Ensure deliverables meet business needs, scope, and timelines.
