Novo Nordisk is expanding its Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) and seeking an automation professional to improve the reliability of process control systems across aseptic production and related areas. You will design, plan and implement automation solutions while collaborating with operations, quality and IT to meet regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Associate’s degree in engineering with two years of related experience considered.
• Experience with PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, and MS SQL advantageous.
• Technical/Process/Functional knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Improve reliability of process control systems to meet requirements.
• Coordinate plans with operations schedules and teams.
• Develop and implement automation standards and maintenance plans.
• Assist in coaching and training colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ensure activities align with quality-first mindset and compliance.
• Investigate process deviations and implement changes.
• Work with operations to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
• Support IT and local stakeholders with automation initiatives.
