Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or STEM required.
• 3+ years in industrial manufacturing; PLC logic, HMI, robotics, SQL, SCADA experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership, coordinating resources for shop floor support.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and enforce plant-wide automation and control standards across all lines and capital projects.
• Lead root-cause problem-solving and data-driven improvement initiatives; analyze machine performance data.
• Oversee master code repositories and software CM platforms for PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics.
• Track technology lifecycles, maintain automation risk register, and support 3–5 year replacement roadmap.
• Develop SQL queries, reports, and real-time OEE dashboards for actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external integrators to align with plant standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, code libraries, diagrams, and network drawings.
