Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs, SCADA/DCS, MES and batch operations is expected.
• Knowledge of GMP, IT/OT integration and change controls is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and automation issues to improve manufacturing performance.
• Maintain automation systems in compliance with GMP.
• Provide technical support to production teams for automation needs.
• Review automation docs, preventive maintenance and SOPs for compliance.
• Develop corrective actions for investigations related to automation or IT systems.
• Sponsor on-floor manufacturing activities and participate in audits.
• Generate and implement change controls to meet facility needs.
