Qualifications
- Bachelor-level engineering/CS degree or equivalent with manufacturing automation experience.
- Strong technical writing capabilities and communication skills.
- Experience interfacing with colleagues, customers, and vendors in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment/automation issues and improve manufacturing performance.
- Maintain automation systems in cGMP compliance across lifecycle of equipment.
- Design and implement automation strategies to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to proactively resolve technical issues.
- Implement, maintain and ensure SOPs and documentation (Change Management, System Problem Management, System Performance Monitoring).
- Support continuous improvement using Six Sigma tools within Automation.
