Job summary

CSAT Solutions is seeking an Automation Engineer to support automation systems for AI server repair and related warehouse operations. You will work on PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and automation software to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field and 2–3 years in automation or related engineering roles, with preference for experience in AI server environments and goods-to-person technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related technical discipline.
2–3 years of experience in automation engineering, controls or warehouse automation.
Experience with AI server repair operations or high-technology repair environments preferred.
Demonstrated experience with PLC-controlled automation systems, industrial controls, sensors, drives, HMIs, and industrial networks.
Experience with AMRs/AGVs/AS/RS and goods-to-person technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

Support design, integration, installation, commissioning, validation, and optimization of automation systems for AI server repair and warehouse operations.
Provide engineering support for medium- to large-scale automation and capital projects.
Troubleshoot PLC logic, sensors, actuators, motors, drives, and vision systems to fix issues.
Develop automation solutions to improve movement, tracking, and control of AI servers and repair materials.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and integrators during system design, installation, and testing.
