Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ application design, development, and support experience.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts.
• Law firm experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of automated and AI-based solutions to improve legal workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify process improvements and gather requirements.
• Document change requirements using agreed standards and tools.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing software systems and databases.
• Provide technical oversight and review of work from junior team members.
