Job summary

Unicon Pharma Inc. is seeking a technically skilled professional to support client operations related to manufacturing and process automation systems at our New Hampshire site.

The role emphasizes providing engineering resources to ensure instrumentation and automation meet production needs and operate safely. The candidate will develop knowledge of manufacturing equipment, assist with tech transfer and process improvements, and participate in IPT/JPT as a controls representative.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing Client operations through technical assistance as it relates to the manufacturing and process automation systems.
• Provide a technical resource to operations customers to ensure that instrumentation and automation systems are designed and operating to meet production needs.
• Develop technical knowledge on manufacturing equipment and processes automation systems.
• Assist with tech transfer, projects, and process improvements as needed.
• Support resolution of equipment breakdowns and quality issues in the suites.
• Conduct troubleshooting and technical analyses on manufacturing equipment and processes automation systems including PI data analyses, review/troubleshooting code, etc. both during normal business hours and as part of an on-call rotation.
• Performs all work safely and meets the requisite training requirements.
• Participates in IPT/JPT in addition to other meetings as the Controls representative
