Job summary

Intellectt Inc. seeks an experienced Automation Engineer to support process automation projects at customer sites. You will design and implement control strategies using Rockwell PLCs and Emerson DeltaV DCS, and configure modules, batch strategies, and graphics.

You will also develop design documentation, assist with FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and process simulations, and collaborate on project estimates and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with Rockwell PLC and Emerson DeltaV DCS.
• Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-site activities.
• Ability to design control strategies and test modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement process control strategies using Rockwell PLCs and DeltaV DCS.
• Configure and test DeltaV control modules, equipment modules, batch strategies, recipes, graphics, and trends.
• Develop system design documentation for continuous and batch processes.
• Support FAT/SAT, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Configure DeltaV Historian, OSI PI integration, wireless field networks, and process simulations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and instrumentation systems.
• Support project estimation, proposals, scheduling, and project execution.
• Work independently at customer sites as required.

Job description
