Position Overview

We\'re seeking a mid-level Python Automation Developer to build automation scripts that help streamline operations across our business—from laboratories to HR, Accounting, Finance, Client Services, Sales, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Develop Python scripts to automate workflows, data processing, and reporting
• Integrate with Microsoft 365 applications and APIs
• Test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions
• Collaborate with teams across departments to understand needs and deliver solutions
• Document your work clearly for others to maintain

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience integrating with REST APIs and web services
• Microsoft 365 experience (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Graph API)
• Version control (Git) and production deployment experience
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Power Automate
• Machine Learning and LLM experience
• Knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience

Preferred

• Open-minded and eager to learn new technologies
