Movement Search & Delivery is actively seeking a hands-on Controls Engineer to join our on-site team in Arlington, TX. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and advancing automated assembly systems, industrial controls, and robotics to maximize productivity, uptime, and OEE.
You will partner with production, maintenance, and engineering to identify root causes, implement robust solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Rotating schedule — 3 months on days / 3 months on nights
Shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts one week, followed by 4 × 12-hour shifts the next week
Overtime: Limited to no regular overtime
Travel: Minimal

This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, developing, and improving automation and controls systems to increase productivity, efficiency, equipment uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
