The role involves mechanical and electrical assembly, reading blueprints, following safety procedures, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience performing mechanical and electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measurement devices.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and system configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot assembly and equipment issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to lift, move, and assemble equipment components as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare equipment and systems for customer deployment
• Configure and test computer hardware, cameras, and software applications
• Build and wire electrical panels, control cabinets, and cable assemblies
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of automated equipment and production systems
• Run testing and validation procedures to verify system functionality and performance
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Install hardware components and assist with system integration activities
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines
