Qualifications

• Proven management experience in value-added processing and grind operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Value-Added and Grind teams for day-to-day operations.
• Lead design and optimization of automated processing systems to maximize throughput and yields.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on automation integration and waste reduction.
• Use KPIs and system reports to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
