Job summary

Washington Beef in Toppenish, WA, is seeking a Value‑Added Processing Manager to lead the Value‑Added and Grind operations. You will drive automation projects, optimize process flows, and manage safety, quality, and yields.

Proven management experience in value-added further processing and grind operations (beef preferred).
Experience leading teams in high-volume meat processing is desired.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills across functions.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to Value-Added and Grind supervisory teams for day-to-day operations.
Lead automation design and end-to-end process flows to maximize throughput and yields.
Drive continuous improvement focusing on automation, waste reduction, and labor optimization.
Use KPIs and data to identify constraints and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
