Job summary

Rigil is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our Washington, DC team on a full-time basis. The role involves planning and executing tests across the SDLC, from unit to system and regression, and collaborating with developers and Agile teams to improve quality.

The candidate will develop automated tests using Selenium, perform data validation with SQL, and utilize Jira for defect tracking. A strong foundation in testing principles and security/performance considerations is required.

Qualifications

• Proven testing experience across SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong ability to design, execute and maintain test cases and data.
• Experience with automation and defect-tracking tools.

• Plan and perform software testing across the SDLC.
• Develop, organize, maintain and execute test plans, cases, data and results.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium; analyze failures.
