Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in automation, analytics, systems development, or process improvement.
Experience building or supporting technical solutions that improve business performance.

Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and standardize business processes to establish a foundation for optimization and automation.
Use process intelligence tools such as Celonis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Design and build solutions using Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, AI, and related technologies.
Develop and maintain workflow solutions, taxonomies, and supporting system structures.
Create intuitive, user-focused process documentation and experiences.
Apply AI-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Work with data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
