Using technologies such as Databricks, Celonis, Power Platform, RPA, and AI, you will identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and turn ideas into working solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building things themselves, and transforming complex processes into streamlined digital experiences. Beyond process optimization, you will help create the data, process, and system foundations that enable future AI capabilities across the organization. We’re looking for a curious, proactive problem solver with strong technical skills and a builder's mindset. The salary range for this role is
$79,200.00 - $124,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
