Responsibilities

• Perform routine equipment setup, operation, and adjustment.
• Coordinate with team to set up machines according to setup sheets.
• Keep board loader and feeders loaded with correct parts and prep next run.
• Maintain solder screen printer and use LSM machine to check solder paste amounts; enter data into CIQ.
• Keep work area clean and organized; manage tubing fallout parts.
• Monitor machine rejects to ensure parts are sorted and run daily.
• Maintain necessary documentation.
• May perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting.
