Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years in maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Preferred qualifications: 4 years in maintenance or a similar environment.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn from PLC Sr. Maintenance Technicians and Automation Groups.
• Assist with automation projects.
• Assist with downed equipment repair during production shifts as needed.
• Assist with crisis downtime situations.
• Research and documentation using a computer.
• Attend OEM trainings and apply learnings upon returning to the plant.
• Perform on-demand maintenance and repair of equipment in the facility.
• Complete daily responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Explain and demonstrate accomplishment of learning objectives in theory and practice.
