Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) in the United States is seeking an Automation Developer to design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UIPath and agentic AI to power autonomous workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation and AI-enabled processes.

This role requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, a CS/IT degree, and hands-on experience in C#, Python, Java, and SQL.

Qualifications

• US citizen and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• UIPath certification a plus; experience with agentic AI systems.
• Proven RPA developer experience using UIPath and AI integration.
• Programming in C#/Python/Java and SQL knowledge.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UIPath.
• Integrate agentic AI elements to enhance autonomy in workflows.
• Analyze requirements and map processes for automation.
• Document workflows and monitor automated processes for reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user training.
