Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps development.
• Experience designing workflow automation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience with API integration, JSON, and system-to-system automation design.
• Scripting with Python or JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with OCR or intelligent document handling workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, governance, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage, develop, and stabilize workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power Automate, Power Apps, and related automation solutions supporting operational workflows.
• Design API-driven and unattended workflows that reduce employee-triggered processing and workstation dependency.
• Build and manage automation frameworks for document generation, template administration, and print-job orchestration.
• Own and expand OCR-enabled document processing to improve inbound mail classification, routing, and processing accuracy.
• Develop and support automation using JSON, Python, JavaScript, and browser-based or RPA solutions where needed.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation reliability, governance, recovery, and supportability.
• Partner with business teams to translate policy and process requirements into scalable automation solutions.
