Ultimate Care NY is seeking a highly skilled Automation Developer to join our team! This role focuses on workflow automation, bot development, API integrations, and real-time data visualization to enhance efficiency across scheduling, HR, billing, and compliance.

This is a great opportunity to drive digital transformation within home healthcare by building smart automation solutions that streamline operations and improve decision-making.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time)

Employment Type: Open to full-time or contractor position based on candidate experience and preferences.

Compensation:

• Full-time Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year
• Contractor Rate: $38.46 - $62.50 per hour
  
  

Please note that this role is NOT fully remote. Only candidates located in the New York City Metropolitan area will be considered.

You will:

• Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks
• Create and maintain bots to automate repetitive processes
• Design and integrate APIs between various systems (e.g., HHA Exchange, EMR platforms, CRM, payroll)
• Build real-time dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for data-driven insights
• Utilize RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) to enhance operational efficiency
• Optimize Excel-based workflows for improved accuracy and performance
• Troubleshoot and maintain automation processes to ensure scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices
  
  

You will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in automation development, workflow optimization, or data engineering
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for scripting and automation
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for live dashboards
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and API integrations
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in healthcare technology (e.g., HHA Exchange, EMR systems) is a bonus
