WPS—a health solutions company—is seeking a Senior Process Automation Developer who will design and implement automation solutions to enhance business processes. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in software development, particularly with C#, VB.NET, and SQL. Role Snapshot
Our Senior Process Automation Developer designs, develops, implements, and maintains automation solutions to streamline and improve business processes. This developer partners with business stakeholders and users to understand process requirements, document process flows, and identify automation opportunities. The role requires strong coding skills (C#, VB.NET, VBA, SQL) and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. The developer will participate in an on-call rotation and assist in research for issue resolution.
Salary Range
$100,000 - $145,000
The base pay offered may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and may fall outside this range.

Employees within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway, Madison, WI) are expected to work hybrid 2 days a week.
