Qualifications

• Experience designing custom automation equipment and fixtures.
• Proficiency with CAD modeling, drawings, and BOMs.
• Ability to apply GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Experience prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Design custom automation equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Create CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design-for-manufacturing principles.
• Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
• Integrate motion systems, actuators, sensors, and other mechanical components.
• Collaborate with controls, process, and manufacturing teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
