Qualifications

• Read electrical schematics and perform basic PLC/HMI diagnostics.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (up to 480V).
• Troubleshoot automation systems including conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (up to 480V).
• Maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging).
• Perform preventive maintenance and system calibrations.
• Read schematics; perform basic PLC/HMI diagnostics.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Support continuous improvement and RCA efforts.
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and support staff.
